AI and Music Rights

Wibbit-powered AI features are designed to assist the creator. Users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and legally clearing any material they create, import, generate, export, publish, or distribute.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances for any audio, samples, stems, lyrics, vocals, images, captures, presets, or other assets they import, generate, modify, export, publish, or distribute using Kadence.

Professional Audio and Live Performance

Kadence tools can assist with production, editing, cleanup, mixing, mastering, and export preparation, but final results depend on source quality, user choices, monitoring environment, hardware, and creative judgment.

Live performance, lighting, visual, MIDI, OSC, DMX, and controller features should be tested in a safe environment before use in front of an audience. Users are responsible for complying with venue, accessibility, safety, strobe, brightness, and equipment requirements.
